A few notes about USAA.
It does have very cheap rates but you pay a membership fee to get them. We looked into it when we were stationed in Hawai'i and decided to stick with Allstate. (No hearse back then.) Also USAA is available to Active Duty Enlisted and Reservists too. Not just Officers.
By the way we pay $310 for FULL coverage and a $250 deductable for Lilly. (70 Superior). It's a little high but the service we've had is great.We have never had trouble getting Hearse Coverage with Allstate.
